Hi, I’m Chelsea,

A marriage celebrant and MC based in Wollongong, but marrying couples all over.

I’m a bit of a Type-A, which means I get it, weddings can feel overwhelming. That’s why I’m here to guide and support you, so the day unfolds effortlessly and every moment can be savoured.

By day, I work as a cardiac nurse. That job taught me how to stay organised, think on my feet, and stay calm when things get unpredictable — skills that translate perfectly into weddings. Being in this world has shown me just how much thought and care goes into every detail, and I love helping couples navigate it all with confidence and ease.

Becoming a celebrant wasn’t something I planned, but it’s hands down the most fulfilling thing I’ve ever done. I love getting to know couples — the real stories, the funny moments, the messy and beautiful parts of life. For me, it is about shaping ceremonies that feel like you, not like a template.

Outside of weddings, you’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand, a local wine nearby, or capturing little moments that make life feel full. I care about people, I care about stories, and I care about making sure your day feels like yours.

We knew our ceremony was going to be perfect after Chelsea gave us our script, but the way she delivered it was truly something else!!! She told our story perfectly. Chelsea brings the most beautiful calming presence with her and I instantly felt and ease when I saw her on the day. From our very first phone call we just knew she was the celebrant for us, she has the most genuine, down to earth personality and you can tell straight away that she truly loves what she does and really wants the best for your day. She was so helpful throughout the whole planning process. She sent us guides for the ceremony, vow writing and template run sheets. She thought of things we never even would have considered and made the whole planning process so much less overwhelming. She was also always so quick to reply to our emails no matter what we were asking, which honestly made such a difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On the day itself she was absolutely faultless. Well spoken, calm and warm, she really held the whole ceremony together beautifully. She took the time to get to know us as a couple so everything felt so personal and genuine on the day, not generic. So many of our guests commented about how wonderful she was too.
